- 12 ounces orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 1/4 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, or until frothy. Serve immediately.
