Ingredients
- 4 ciabatta sandwich rolls (4" square), sliced horizontally
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 (16-oz.) sirloin steak, trimmed of visible fat, cooked, thin-sliced
- 1 1/4 cups Tuscan herb shredded cheese, seasoned according to package directions
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 red onion slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread mayonnaise equally over both cut sides of each roll; layer sliced steak on bottom half of each roll. Sprinkle seasoned cheese equally over top and bottom half of each roll. Arrange in baking dish; cover loosely with foil and heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Layer lettuce, tomato and onion. Place top halves of rolls on each sandwich to serve.
