- 3/4 cup frozen sweet cherries
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute if desired)
- 3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 3-4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
