Cherry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen sweet cherries
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute if desired)
  • 3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
