MyPyramid Recommends 3-A-Day of Dairy for Adults and Kids

The USDA's new MyPyramid and MyPyramid for Kids ages 6-11 recommend 3 daily servings from the milk group to build strong bones and ensure adequate consumption of important nutrients such as vitamin A, magnesium and potassium1.   Here are several ways to add low-fat or fat-free dairy foods and other food groups to encourage your diet every day!
