A mother of three boys, Linda Finger of Trumbull, CT, isn't afraid to try new recipes - especially when she can incorporate her favorite dairy products in new and fun ways. Linda loves adding cheese to her salad, and her children can't get enough of melted cheese on their favorite foods. She can also be found snacking on Brie and crackers in the afternoon. Who wouldn't get their 3-A-Day of Dairy living in a home with a dairy fan like Linda? As an active member of her community, Linda was the first vice president of the Trumbull Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA). Currently, she serves as vice president of the PTA, a room mother for her youngest son's elementary school class and an alumni admissions rep for Lafayette College. Linda serves as Cub Scout treasurer and as team mom for her son's baseball team and can often be found volunteering at her sons' schools.
