Kathleen Brinegar's three children love getting their 3-A-Day of Dairy, just like their Boise, ID mom. Kathleen likes incorporating cheese into her breakfast and dinner entrees, as well as enjoying cheese with crackers as an afternoon snack. Cooking healthy meals for a family can be tough, but Kathleen says her love for dairy foods makes it easy. Kathleen is involved in many of her children's activities, serving as the president of the Home & School Association, chairman of solicitations for the Bishop Kelly High School Irish Fest fundraiser and treasurer of her daughter's Girl Scout troop. Additionally, she volunteers with her local YMCA, St. Mark's Church Food Bank and her children's schools. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys participating in a bunco club with friends.
