Boosting protein?

Milk, cheese, and yogurt are excellent sources of protein; with a serving of milk or yogurt providing at least 20% of the daily value for protein. Try white and flavored milks like chocolate, yogurts with fruit, and a variety of cheeses, such as Swiss, Cheddar and Colby Jack.
