Welcome to 3-A-Day of Dairy’s newly revamped website, featuring a whole new look, delicious recipes, and exciting monthly articles by guest bloggers. When we decided to make our site over, we knew we wanted to make it more modern and beautiful. We also wanted to address the role nutritious dairy plays within the context of each of our busy lives. Our intention was to make it easier for women to find what they need by offering answers to questions in three areas of life – Family, Health & Fitness and Diet & Nutrition.
